MaxStout Productions is an independent event productions service launched in March 2025 by Max Stout.
Max is an experienced Event and Marketing Professional who brings creativity and a community centric mentality to business ventures. With 6 years of catering experience, and 4 years of event management you can expect flawless events and planning down to the most minute details.
Often times an event or party is the one moment people remember from each year. The power of a good event is in the community it builds, and the connectedness guests feel. Today, more than ever, we all sit in our own worlds divided by computers, headphones, and rising costs. When people feel alone, they grow anxious, perform worse at their jobs/ also leave companies quicker, miss holidays or moments with family, skip vacations etc. Social disconnect compounds across all aspects of life. Whether the goal is to bring together old friends, or make a new client, the magic of the event is in how people connect. Success is in the feelings people have as they leave.

- Confirmations - Confirmations for major details and on-site timing
- On-site - On-site management pre event and day-of event.
